MILLING DEPARTMENT
The milling department is one of the strengths of our mechanical production, equipped with state-of-the-art machinery that guarantees high precision and quality of final products. Thanks to a wide range of CNC milling machines and high-speed machines, we are able to perform machining on different types of materials and meet complex requirements with articulated geometries and tight tolerances.
Milling Department Features:
- Versatility of Machining Strokes: the department covers a wide range of strokes, from 500 mm up to 2000 mm, allowing both small precision components and large parts to be machined.
- Advanced CNC Technology: many of the machines are equipped with advanced numerical control, ensuring high precision, automation and repeatability in complex machining operations.
- High Speed and Stability: the presence of high-speed machines, such as Hass's VF2 SSYT, enables rapid machining while maintaining high quality standards.
- Specialized Machinery: with equipment such as the DMU75 Monoblock and Dynamic 2, the department can handle complex components with articulated geometries and deep machining.

TURNING DEPARTMENT
Our TURNING department is designed to meet high precision and productivity requirements, thanks to a state-of-the-art fleet of machines dedicated to the machining of metal and plastic parts using machinery with advanced numerical control (CNC) technology, automation and motorization on multiple axes.
This equipment allows us to effectively machine a wide range of materials, ensuring high-quality finishes and the ability to produce complex geometries.
The department consists of ten high-precision lathes, each equipped with specific features to meet different production needs.
Features of the Turnery Department
- Automation and Push-Bar Loaders: some machines are equipped with automatic loading systems, reducing downtime and ensuring continuous production, even for large volumes.
- CNC Machines and Motorized Y-axis: The presence of CNC machines and motorized Y-axis lathes allow for three-dimensional and complex machining, meeting the precision requirements of the market.
- Machining Capability on Wide Range of Diameters: the department's lathes allow machining of bars from diameters of 6 mm up to 115 mm and single parts from diameter 6 to diameter 500 thus adapting to projects of all sizes, from small components to large parts.
